Our policy was last updated on August 2026.
Court Courses Co provides online educational courses for people completing court, probation, custody, divorce, agency, workplace, or personal requirements. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how refund requests are reviewed.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made after the listed effective date unless otherwise required by law.

Court-Acceptance Protection
We stand behind the credibility of our courses and completion documentation.
If a court, probation officer, agency, employer, attorney, or other requiring authority does not accept your Court Courses Co certificate or course documentation, contact us before assuming the issue cannot be resolved. In many cases, the concern can be addressed by providing additional course information, enrollment confirmation, completion records, hour documentation, syllabus details, or other supporting materials.
If we are unable to resolve a valid court-acceptance or requiring-authority acceptance issue after reviewing the situation and providing appropriate documentation, we will issue a 100% refund of the course purchase price.
What the Refund Protection Covers
The court-acceptance protection applies when:
- You purchased a Court Courses Co course for a court, probation, agency, employer, attorney, or similar requirement;
- You completed or attempted to use the course documentation for that requirement;
- The requiring authority refused to accept the course or certificate; and
- We were given a reasonable opportunity to help resolve the issue with supporting documentation, but the issue could not be resolved.
What Is Not Refundable
Because our courses are digital educational products with immediate access, we do not offer general refunds for:
- Starting or completing a course;
- Changing your mind after purchase;
- Purchasing the wrong course or hour length when the requirement was available to review before purchase;
- Missing a court, probation, agency, or employer deadline;
- Not verifying a specific provider, approval list, topic, or hour requirement before purchase;
- Duplicate accounts or purchases caused by using different email addresses, unless support confirms a duplicate charge;
- Technical issues that can be reasonably resolved by support;
- A certificate or course being rejected because the student entered incorrect personal information or submitted incomplete documentation; or
- Requests made for reasons unrelated to court, agency, employer, or requiring-authority acceptance.
If you are unsure which course or hour length you need, please verify your requirement before enrolling.
Wrong Course or Duplicate Purchase
If you purchased the wrong course, contact support as soon as possible. We may be able to help transfer you to the correct course before substantial progress is made or before a certificate is issued.
If you believe you were charged twice for the same course, contact support with both payment receipts, the checkout email address, and the order or payment ID. Verified duplicate charges may be refunded or corrected.
Technical Access Issues
If you cannot access your course after payment, contact support with your full name, checkout email address, course name, and payment or order ID. We will first work to restore access, locate the correct account, reset login access, or confirm enrollment.
Technical access issues are not automatically refundable if the issue can be reasonably resolved.
Certificate or Student Information Errors
If your name, email address, case information, or other certificate details are incorrect, contact support as soon as possible. We may be able to correct documentation before it is submitted.
Refunds are not provided solely because incorrect information was entered at checkout, during enrollment, or during certificate generation if the issue can be corrected.
How to Request Help or a Refund Review
To request support or a refund review, submit a support ticket through the website chat agent or email us directly at hello@court-courses.com
Please include:
- Your full name;
- The email address used at checkout;
- The course name;
- A copy, screenshot, or written explanation of the rejection or acceptance concern; and
- Any deadline or documentation instructions from the requiring authority.
We may ask for additional information so we can understand the issue and attempt to resolve it.
Review Timeline
We review refund requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Requests involving court or agency acceptance may require additional time because we may need to review the requirement, prepare documentation, or communicate with the student about what the requiring authority needs.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, the card issuer, or the payment provider.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with your course access, certificate, payment, or court-acceptance documentation, please contact support first so we can try to resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may delay our ability to assist, verify course access, or provide documentation.
No Legal Advice
Court Courses Co provides online educational courses and completion documentation. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or guarantees about how a specific judge, court, probation officer, attorney, agency, employer, or other authority will apply its rules.
For legal advice or interpretation of your court order, contact a qualified attorney or the authority requiring the course.
